We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at clientcare@crestora.jewelry. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized pieces, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and personal care items cannot be returned. Contact us with questions about specific items.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a separate order for the new item.
